Cross-visit memory
On Scale and Delegate, pass a stable hashed visitor ID (API session context or widget identify). The agent can connect today's chat to prior ones — "looks like you reached out about this last month" — without you sending email or name.
Always hash on your side
Send a deterministic hash from your auth system. Never pass raw email, phone, or legal name.
Learns from your team
On Scale and Delegate, resolved Human Desk tickets can flow back into knowledge and clusters. Same question next time, fewer escalations.
