What clusters are

When your team resolves tickets with similar root causes, Humaner groups them into clusters. Each cluster captures the pattern, example transcripts, and suggested knowledge updates. Approved clusters become training signal for AI Desk — so the same issue resolves autonomously next time.

Clusters are suggestions, not autopilot. Your team reviews grouped patterns, merges noise, and approves what AI Desk should learn. Scale and Delegate plans include auto-training; Grow teams can still browse and act manually.
