Go to Settings, then Organization, then Members

Enter their email and pick a role

They accept from the email link

They show up in assignee dropdowns and @mentions
Roles
| Role | What they can do |

| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the org |
| Admin | Agents, integrations, Desk, and managing members |
| Member | Human Desk and the agents assigned to them |
| Viewer | Read-only analytics and conversation logs |
Fine-tune exactly what each role sees under Access.
Assigning tickets
Only org members can be assigned Human Desk tickets. Set a default assignee per agent and new tickets route to the right person automatically.
