/ Invite teammates, hand them Human Desk tickets, let them help manage agents.

Invite people

    Go to Settings, then Organization, then Members

  2. 2

    Enter their email and pick a role

  3. 3

    They accept from the email link

  4. 4

    They show up in assignee dropdowns and @mentions

Roles

Assigning tickets

Only org members can be assigned Human Desk tickets. Set a default assignee per agent and new tickets route to the right person automatically.
