   Go to Settings, then Organization

   Click "Create organization" and name the business.

   Add a logo and timezone

   These show up in widget branding and Desk notifications.

   Create your first agent

   Each org starts empty. Agents do not carry over from another one.

   Set up billing

   Plans are per organization, so you can upgrade each brand on its own.

The switcher in the dashboard header lists every workspace you are in. Pick one and the agents, Desk, and settings reload for that org.

Run as many agents as your plan allows inside each org. A retail brand and a SaaS product under the same account stay fully separate: different personalities, knowledge, integrations.
